(Fav-94476) New cards cannot be moved in Sheet view

Whenever I create a new card I am unable to drag it into a different position on a Sheet view.
More accurately, the drag operation appears to work but is not reflected by a change in what I see in the UI: if I refresh the page the card appears where I had dragged it to. But until I refresh the page it stubbornly stays at the bottom of the list.

I have the same, but in addition cannot move cards in the kanban view, and trying to use "Add card at top" will put cards to the bottom.
