In the last few months we have found the a Card's Activity Feed does not include everything that has changed with the ticket.

Example 1, the ticket's status is In Progress on the Sprint board, but the Activity Feed only shows it having moved to To Do

Example 2, this ticket's activity feed shows it moving to To Do and then from In Review, there is no record of the steps in between.

These are just two examples I have found from reviewing a board today.
