Card Activity Feed lists Tag changes as "Updated" when tags are added / removed
It does not show what tags were added or removed.
For anyone looking at card history, this can cause a few issues:
  • "Updated" can be interpreted as added.
  • the person reviewing cannot tell what changed for the card.
