(Fav-110128) Cumulative Flow diagram Date Range & Archived cards settings deselect each other

Summary: Editing a Cumulative Flow chart, changing Date Range to More than X days and back will deselect Archived cards, and selecting Archived cards will deselect Date Range. DOES seem to work correctly for NEW Chart views.
- Create Chart view, switch to Cumulative Flow.
- Save Chart.
- Refresh page.
- Change Date Range
- Select Archived cards
- Change to More than X days.
Observe that Archived cards is now unselected and can't be selected together with Date Range.
