If members don't have permission to configure a certain board, they can clear/change the filters of views, but then not revert their changes and the view is forever broken for them. It is also very inconsistent what can be changed within a chart view. It is possible to change from Cumulative flow chart to Control chart and back, but not to or from the burndown chart.
