(Fav-116997) Unable to connect a GitHub repository to Favro that was being connected previously

Repository is not connected. Favro does not recieve a payload from GH webhook
Clicking on "Re-install webhook" button does not reinstall a GitHub webhook.
Users are unable to disconnect this kind of repo after clicking on "Disconnect" button.
