Dovidas Baranauskas: I tried in edge with no success.
However, if I change to the "US" keyboard layout in windows the hotkey starts working in edge. In firefox it still doesn't work though, because the key is being overridden by firefox the "quickfind" action

So ideally this would be possible to rebind, because I use Firefox with a swedish keyboard layout.
