(Fav-148871) Template button not visible in Sheet view unless resolution/zoom-level displays all columns in the sheet

If a sheet has too many columns to fit in the view (meaning they have to scroll to see all of the columns) and the user adds a new row, the template button is not visible.
Steps to reproduce:
- Set the monitor resolution (or zoom-level) such that the user has to scroll in order to view all of the columns on a sheet
- Add a new row to the sheet
Expected result:
The template button is visible to the user
Actual result:
The template button is not visible
Workarounds:
- Zoom out until all columns are visible
- Use a different view when creating a new card (e.g. the "Card List" view)
