Henrique Tarrason we found the issue, currently there is a workaround that if the member is not logged in, and trying to fill the form, that should work.

Henrique Tarrason: We are currently reviewing and checking how long it can take. The workaround now would be to not add a file to avoid the issue, but we will let you know when you can expect a fix.
