Files are working with lower case .mov. Closing the issue as current workaround was found, user setup solution.

Sabina Niewiadomska We checked wit h.mov files, all seems to work for us, with different sizes. Could you check if anyone else can open them? It could be that the file got corrupted or broken. Also you could try in an incognito mode, just to be sure no browser extensions are affecting the video.

Dovidas Baranauskas: the file had almost 10 minutes and the size might have been too big, it is working so far with 6 minutes video with lowered down quality

Dovidas Baranauskas: the new file with smaller size is working, the old one I removed, it was in .mov and had around 600mb

actually I found another file from the same day, it is as well not working but this was less than 1 minute long (27th of April)
