FILTER MARKED AS COMPLETE.
Felipe Garcia
I use a shared field to add the two graphic designers on my team, who do the work marks the card as complete. At the end of the month I make dashboards to see how many cards each one made, but it doesn't have any “marked as complete” filter, so I have to open card by card to see who performed the task.
It would be a great addition to Favro if a filter like this were added, it would make the dashboards much easier.

Felipe Garcia the mark as complete is an option commonly used for group work, when there are multiple team members assigned on the card, that each can show they have completed their part.
For one person use, you can automate the action of when a member press mark as complete, it would also update the status of the card. That way you could then do a dashboard by looking at status and filtered by the person.

Dovidas Baranauskas I get it! But my question is whether it is possible to filter the dashboards when only one of them does the job.
This image shows what I mean, the board has an automation that when “Image” is selected in the design field, Victor and Daniel are added, and they define who will work on the card.
As there are many cards, you can't go through all of them removing those who didn't participate, so I suggested a “marked as complete” filter, or some suggestion on how I can better filter my dashboards!

Felipe Garcia: I would say that assigning people and leaving them if they are not working on it would not be ideal, as that would affect your dashboard data. Either have the member who will not work on it, remove it self from the card or only have the members on the card if they have completed the card.
Other automation can be applied that if there is a deadline, when it comes the members have to review it and unassigned them selves if they did not complete it, or not working on it.
