Hey, permissions aren't working as expected on the Kanban board.
Stephanos Theodotou
I want a user to NOT be able to EDIT a card. BUT
TO BE ABLE TO MOVE A CARD FROM A PARTICULAR STATUS TO ANOTHER
So, i am setting the following in the KANBAN permissions:
- "Members can Add and Edit Cards" TO FALSE (Toggle Off)
- Then I am setting my TODO Column's "Who can move cards from this status" to the member with name "ST".
Result:
- ST Can't edit the card or add others (As expected)
- ST Can't move the card to the allowed columns with other statuses (Not as expected, see below)
Expectation:
- I expected that ST won't be able to edit or add cards but should be able to move the card to change status.

Stephanos Theodotou this is not a bug, the option "Members can Add and Edit Cards" means the board is locked for member and guest to make any changes and edits. Moving a card in Kanban is also a change and edit of the status field, so the option is correct on now allowing to do that.

Additionally, being able to group permissions. Such as "Collections ABC" can see custom field "xyz".

Isn't this already possible with the account types? That said, having more control over each account type would be nice. Eg, create a guest account for clients that can only comment in cards that are in a certain list.
