Possibility to set a rule that blocks moving the card from column if required card field is null

The goal is that the required information exists on custom fields or any other dedicated fields.

To achieve this, we want to stop the ability to move the card forward from a certain point to the next column unless it has all the required information attached to it.

This just came up today for us! Having the ability to require certain fields to meet criteria before moving to a particular column (and maybe the ability to clear certain fields as well) would be helpful for us to reduce board owner overhead. =)

In a nutshell, when things come to the QA column or board we want certain fields to be filled in (required). This should help remind devs what information QA needs to process tickets
