Timeline roll up to parent card

Similar to how in sheet view, you have the option to automatically rollup time estimates for parent-child relationship, it would be great to add that similar functionality to timeline
Some implementation details:
- If all children have timeline, then parent is from (earliest “from” date of all children) to (latest “to” date of all children)
- In timeline UI view, show parent with toggle to optionally expand to view/hide children timeline details

This would be excellent.
The Timeline View as it stands right now isn't of much use to us, for a few reasons:
- Parent/Child Hierarchy isn't reflected when switching to Timeline View. This means we have to manually drag parents and children around, which can be tricky when there are lots of tasks.
- Color-coding on the timeline changes the color of the card itself, which defeats any other reason for using card color that might be useful
- No ability to put a Milestone, Release, or Sprint goal on the timeline itself (event marker or custom range of dates w/ title)
I really like the idea of having the parents at the top and the children, as they go down and in order, being able to be expanded and hidden according to hierarchy. Or at least by having them automatically placed in chronological order under the top-level parent.
I would also like to be able to color code different task types (epic, bug, etc.) in a manner that doesn't affect the card color itself on other views.
Something like the third image linked would be lovely, where we can specify custom timeframes (like sprints or milestones) and where each level is collapsible to its parent - and we can color-code.
