Suggest a feature

A card title search, card body search, and card comment search in the API and MCP server. Currently the Ai bots must page through every page of cards exhaustively, and it's very inefficient. I often want my AI agent to find all information in Favro that's relevant to a certain topic. Giving the ability for the agent to search all card titles, bodies, and comments will allow the AI to use favro as a knowledgebase. A search makes a lot of sense and it's missing from the API.

Our team repeats the same actions daily: • Inserting standardized troubleshooting steps, QA checklists, or onboarding links into card descriptions/comments • Running batch updates: assign owner + add tag + move column + set due date Currently we rely on external docs, copy-paste, or manual multi-step edits. We’d benefit from being able to assign colors to columns. Right now, columns rely only on text labels, which makes boards harder to scan quickly… especially when there are many columns or when switching contexts often. Column-level color coding would improve: quick visual recognition of stages faster navigation across the board reduced cognitive load in daily use This would be particularly useful for workflows where columns represent different states (e.g. backlog, in progress, review, done) or priorities. Even a lightweight implementation (e.g. subtle header background or color strip) would already make a noticeable difference.

No idea why, but with having fixed team size categories (2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 100+), adding accidentally a member instead of a guest for a project can lead to double the licence costs. Such an action clearly should have a prominent warning.

It would be nice if there was an option that when copying it is the GOAL with the title and that all that is the link to the card

I would like a tool that allows you to parameterize searches within Favro, for example: I would like to view all the cards - US that are not linked to any card - Feature, that were created in a period x.

Introduce a feature that allows users to use a "mention" command to pull up a card in comments or descriptions, showing some basic info like card name, ID and status (this may be tricky as users may be using a shared field for statuses). Ex.: If I have a card in a board named "Character Concept: Protagonist" with the card ID "GAM-79", I can "mention" this card by typing "@character" or "GAM-79" or "79" which would pull a list of all accessible cards in the organization for me to select from, similar to how we mention users.

The current way of archiving collections does not do too much. it should hide the access for guests immediately or at least ask if all members should be removed when archiving When using search cmd + K (on mac) it searches archived channes as well. It really should not.. as default. In many other places you'd need to enable "search from arhieved" before reaching them

I would like to have the ‘Add card...’ function directly from the dashboard view.

In Word, for example, you can set dark mode so that text is displayed on a white background - like in a letter. I would like to be able to set this in Favro cards as well, as an additional option ‘White cards’ in the global settings for dark mode.
